Getting started

After signing in and picking an organization, StepX opens the Dashboard. This chapter helps you read that screen before diving into individual features.

The dashboard is where you follow everything happening in your organization on one screen: sessions, messages, customer sentiment and how much of each limit is used.

Steps

  1. 1The three cards on top summarize the situation: sessions and contacts; messages split by users, AI and tools; customer sentiment across conversations.
  2. 2The activity chart follows the range you pick: 7, 30 or 90 days.
  3. 3The Usage tab shows how much of each monthly limit (messages, crawled pages, storage, meeting recording…) is used, so nothing surprises you.
  4. 4Remaining credits always sit at the bottom left. Click them to top up or upgrade.
Example · Reading a number

Usage: Crawled pages 480 / 500

Meaning: only 20 pages are left this month. If a website has auto-update on, upgrade or pause the schedule so it does not stop halfway.

Good to know

  • Numbers are per organization. Switch organizations at the top left to see another one.
  • Limits reset at the start of each billing period; credits accumulate when you top up.

Outcome: Know how many credits are left, which limit is close, and where to look.
